No: C diff is a very difficult to eradicate bacteria, and its main risk factor is use of other antibiotics. Levothyroxine would have no impact on the infection; however, that doesn't mean that it didn't come back just on its own.

No.: Most antibiotics are associated with c.Diff. Inappropriate use of antibiotics should be avoided. Stomach acid controlling meds, called as ppis, are also being reported as culprits. Avoid them, if possible.
