A member asked:

What do you mean by small chronic infarct?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. Ryan Stanton answered

Well...: It means that it is old, small, and an area that died due to lack of oxygen. These are common in older folks on ct's and mri's of the head, expecially with history of high blood pressure.
