Get more input: I'd urge you to get a couple of physicians' opinions as to whether it's really helpful or in your best interest to try to lower you hgba1c as you've indicated. My reading of the recent medical literature has left me unpersuaded that this is something you'd want. Especially, i want to congratulate you for the good result you'd had so far.
