i have no energy and no motivation to get off the couch.. what can i do so i can actually keep up with house work and a 2 year old?

See below: You are 19 and keeping a house and have a two year old. This is not easy, but you should see a counselor, a psychologist or a psychiatrist to see why you are so unmotivated. Also consider meds for anxiety or depression.
