How can i prevent body odor, if i shower regularly, change clothing everyday, wear antiperspirants ?

Diet: Sometimes something as simple as your diet can change your body smell. Some chemicals leach into the sweat system and cause body odor. If you're doing all of those other things, consider small tweaks in the diet. Reduce alcohol consumption as this dilates the vessels in the skin and may cause some of those chemicals to make their way out.
