? Inserts: Try custom made orthotics if you have done so. O not kno what stability shoes r. Orthotics and a good comfy running shoe would b best.

It could: If a foot pronates excessively, it can cause muscles in your leg to work more, and might lead to compartment syndrome. You may need custom arch supports to help with the excess pronation, and maybe modify your training schedule and ramp back into activities. Make sure your compartment syndrome is adequately addressed first.
