Pain: If he has pain to the point he can't move, he needs to be seen by a physician asap. Many problems can cause these symptoms.

Stop weed : As drs. Ali and pappas suggested, he should be examined. Additionally, he should discontinue weed while he still has a chance to save his intellect.
