Cavernoma: There are many nerves that run through the cavernous sinus. If you have a lesion there, it could be the cause of your pain. You should in specific see a neuro-ophthalmologist.

Cavernoma: More information is needed, as most cavernomas are incidental findings on MRI as most of them are asymptotic. Presentation will also depend on site of cavernomas. Headaches are present in only 12% of cavernomas. Please talk to your physician, the chances your depression is the culprit for headaches are there too.
