I have a sever anxiety, it's affecting my swimming performance so i'am taking cipralex, is it going to make me swim better? is it good or for muscles?

Ssri: Cipralex is a medication belonging to the ssri type of antidepressants but is also used to treat generalized anxiety disorder. Since it is not often used in patients under age 18, you should be under the supervision of a psychiatrist with experience with this medication. I'm not aware of any effect, good or harmful, on muscles.

Well, there are no: Crystal balls here. The bottom line is that the escitalopram is prescribed to reduce your anxiety. It is not prescribed to help muscle function. If anxiety was effecting your performance negatively, then hopefully decreasing that anxiety will remove that obstacle. Really can't make promises about it making you a superior swimmer.
