Longer treatment : Treatment of Anxiety D/O's using Cipralex ( Celexa (citalopram) in the US) requires higher dosages & longer duration. At our center for example , we treat Generalized Anxiety Disorder (the medication arm of treatment) for 24 months. so you may want to get evaluated by a Psychiatrist in your area who specializes in Anxiety Disorders to determine the problem, the dosage and duration of treatment. good luck
