Pleurodynia?: Many causes of chest pain can be checked for in the emergency room and major heart disease & pneumonia ruled out. One entity that can do this is coxsackie-virus pleurodynia. I hope the diagnosis was correct and that you'll get pain relief and follow up with your physician.
