Appendicitis?: How long have the symptoms been present? Are they accompanied by anorexia, fever, vomiting? Sounds like he may need to go to the er for a physical exam and testing. Bladder infection, kidney stone, colitis could be a possibility as well. He should be seen asap by a doctor.
