Yes: Heavy bleeding associated with fibroids would be an indication for a hysterectomy. See your gynecologist to discuss all the options available.

Tubal anhysterectomy: There shouldn't be any contraindications to having a hysterectomy just because u have had a tubal. If the fibroids are very bothersome i wouldn't see why a hysterectomy wouldn't be performed.

34 years old, had tubal ligation via resection 12 years ago. Had two full periods 12 days apart, still spotting, heaviness and cramping in uterus.
I occasionally get gallbladder attacks but they seem to mostly occur when I'm on my period. I do have enormous uterine fibroids for which I'm scheduled to have a hysterectomy, but I'm not sure why my period would impact the passing of the gallstones?

Age 22. Multiple clots during every period. Periods regular (28 days). Not heavy just clots and feeling of pressure in uterus when clots are present. Ultrasound - no fibroids. HPV Negative. Have hypothyroidism. painful bowel movements on period ?
