Stretch: Maybe you aren't hydrated enough. You should drink at least 5 cups of water a day, and at least 2 of those before you exercise. You also want to hydrate during exercise, take deep breaths while you exercise to get oxygen to your muscles, and make sure you stretch before and after you exercise.
