Chin Swelling: I cannot be sure what the cause of the chin swelling you are noticing is. What medicine(s) are you taking and for what purpose? It also sounds like you had an abscess recently. Was it in the same site as the swelling? In the skin or inside your mouth? I would have your regular doctor have a look at the area to see what is going on.

Abscess: A swollen chin is more likely due to an abscess than any medication reaciton. Swelling under the chin can be serious and you need to see your physician or dentist to determine the cause and have it treated to eliminate the threat.
