Impossible to: Even begin to guess a diagnosis. Best to be evaluated by your dentist first. If not dental in etiology then be seen by your pcp. Hope this helps.

See a doctor: It is impossible to diagnose without a clinical exam. But normaly most swollen cheeks are tooth related. You need to see a dentist or an ent.

Salivary duct: You could have a blocked salivary duct, usually caused by a build up of calcium in the duct. See an oral surgeon to determine if this is the case, if so it is a simple remedy.

See your doctor: Cheek swelling can be the result of a variety of different issues. It can be a symptom of an underlying salivary gland issue, allergic reactions, infections or tumors. See your doctor for evaluation, diagnosis and treatment.
