See a doctor: It is impossible to diagnose without a clinical exam. But normaly most swollen cheeks are tooth related. You need to see a dentist or an ent.

Salivary duct: You could have a blocked salivary duct, usually caused by a build up of calcium in the duct. See an oral surgeon to determine if this is the case, if so it is a simple remedy.
