ER: Facials swelling usually indicate infections, which if left untreated can lead to serious complications, and even become life threatening. Please find a way to see a dentist. If all else fails, go to an emergency room of a hospital. If there is a dental school near you, you can often get dental treatment at reduced costs.

Emergency Room: In agreement with the other panelists. Antibiotics will resolve your symptoms for a week or so until you can be seen at a free or low cost clinic in your area. Please do not wait.
