For hypothyroidism should i avoid gluten?

Yes, yes, yes: For general health, i recommend to pts to follow a diet that is naturally gluten free. For my pts with hypothyroidism, it is highly recommended. If you look it up, it will be explained that the gut, digestion has a great deal to do with hypothyroidism. Also try to avoid dairy, take some vitamins, exercise and lessen your stress. Hope this helps.
