Not likely: Chemotherapy is typically not used for stage ii colon cancers. Additionally, patients with msi mutations seem to be poor responders to the chemotherapy drug typically used.

Microsatellite : Instability points to a better outlook, and t2 descibes limited muscle invasion. What about nodes? The more they take the better. Last i looked at least 13 were the norm. Sound unlikely you will need chemo.
