Get evaluated: There are a number of reasons for this. We would need you to explain the symptoms that occur after eating and drink. There could be due to anatomic abnormalities, gerd, metabolic disorders, partial obstruction. A visit to your doc could help narrow the field. I would advise you to get your child evaluated as soon as possible (today).

See a doctor now: If your 2 year old is unable to keep any food or water down, this can lead to serious dehydration. It may be caused by something as simple as a common viral illness, but this can also occur due to more serious problems. The best thing to do is to see a qualified pediatrician as soon as possible.

Stomach virus: Is going around right now. Do not feed him for the next four hours - to rest his stomach and observe for further vomiting . If persistent vomiting, go to er.If ok, you can start small frequent feedings of pedialyte or clear liquids 15cc every 15 minutes. Increase as tolerated , increase interval along with it, 30cc , every 30 minutes...2 ozs every 2 hours . Hydrate for now then advance to solids.
