Maybe: If you are concerned certainly go to relieve your anxiety over the issue. If you feel a mass or have bloody or clear nipple discharge definitely. If you have a strong family history of breast and/or ovarian cancer also consider going. However, breast pain is fairly common and luckily at your age is usually from a benign cause.
