This phenomenon,: asymmetrical breast enlargement, is not uncommon and may be related to more estrogen receptors or other hormonal factors in one breast vs the other. I really can't explain why this might happen in one cycle but not every cycle. Perhaps there is more fluid retention because of greater salt intake or medication effect? I wouldn't worry about it; like everyone, monitor your breasts for lumps.
