No: To detect lupus you needed a variety of laboratory tests and clinical symptoms. Serum electrophoresis is one of them, but one needs a comprehensive workup.

No: Lupus is diagnosed based on a history of lupus symptoms coupled with a physical examination. Laboratory testing only confirms a lupus diagnosis. You cannot have lupus by blood tests alone.

No.: Absolutely not. While both a clinical and lab diagnosis, lupus is not diagnosed with that test by any stretch!
