Not anemic: Your HGB is normal indicating that you are not anemic at this time however the tests show you are iron deficient in view of the elevated tibc. This suggests that you may have some blood loss anemia rather than low iron levels seen in chronic inflammatory disease. In addition to taking iron have you been checked for losing blood other than through menstrual bleeding? Low iron can cause fatigue.

Probably: You obviously are low in iron and will likely benefit from more iron intake. Wonder why you need to get IV iron since one can usually absorb enough by mouth. If you cannot tolerate iron by mouth, consider cooking your food in cast iron utensils preferably food which is somewhat acidic (vinegar, tomato , citrus) to get the iron. Iron is need for enzyme action as well.
