Stress reduction &: Congrats on stopping! having smokers in the house makes it more difficult to maintain. Ask them to not smoke in the house when you are around. Find ways to reduce stress- exercise, meditation etc. Herbs to decrease stress like holy basil & ashwagandha may help.
