It is possible.: Genitourinary amebiasis is a very rare condition with a few reports documented in the literature. Infection with entamoeba histolytica usually results in intestinal symptoms, such as diarrhea and abdominal pain. An infection of the urinary tract can occur by formation of a kidney abscess or if introduced into the urethra. Symptoms include pain, frequency, and urgency with urination.

Trichomonas: Amoeba is rare but anything is possible; more probable is trichomonas, which is also a parasite thast looks like ameba & is easily treated with flagyl, an antibiotic. There is treatment for ameba also but is rare in the urine because ameba dont stick to the bladder wall & trichomonas does.
