Urine blood 4 months: I can't thing of anything good that can do this. Assuming no other symptoms my first concern would be cancer of the urethra, bladder or kidney. See someone tomorrow. Some thinks to give better idea of what is going on: blood clots?, at start of stream or end of stream or all the way thru. How do you know it is blood. Some get bloody looking urine when they eat beets.
