Complex Answer: Essentially a pathogen can thrive in the urinary tract (via the amoeba) for quite a few different reasons (for example, from a kidney abcess). Without a clinical correlation to these findings - it doesn't mean much. However, it is of concern because amoebae can harbor many different types of pathogens.
