Yes: U need to be assessed and perhaps check labs. U will need to b examined to see what therapy can b offered. If u have not had a colonoscopy, it is a must.

Probably: If you are bleeding that much from your hemorrhoids, you may need to have it treated surgically. You might even have another condition worsening the bleeding - like liver disease with portal hypertension. Better safe than sorry - go see your doctor.
