It depends: There are many causes of asymptomatic hematuria. It sounds like you have likely ruled out the worst causes with the diagnostic tests you have received. When you say "cystology", do you mean "cystoscopy" which is a camera inserted into the bladder to look for a mass? It is important to continue follow up with your urologist as directed.

Probably not: Microscopic hematuria can also happen in young people who vigorously exercise such as runners. Just follow your doctors recommendations.
