Probably not: You should be fine with suboxone. You can have your liver tested after you've been on it a while. Often, one had elevated liver enzymes from all of the Acetaminophen they took as contained in lortabs. The liver enzymes should decrease over time while off lortabs. The Naloxone in Suboxone should only be absorbed in minimal amounts, if at all.

Both are same : As far as liver goes. To really test the hypothesis, can go on subutex for a few weeks, and re-check liver enzymes, but doubt will make a difference.
