Hello, Once COVID is ruled out as mentioned then it could be a sinus infection which can present with multiple different symptoms. Most sinusitis is accompanied by facial pain/pressure, congestion, thick often foul smelling drainage, ear popping can occur, cough, and sometimes fever. If you have used over the counter meds like Sudafed, pain meds, saline rinse and rest, after a week see your ENT.
