Limit treatment.: If that effective rx is effective, complete a 3-4 week course of treatment. However, if the problem does not resolve, have it further worked up beyond the xrays. You do not want to stay on Ultram for prolonged period. For most problems, i give it 3-4 weeks to get better or resolve, before more intense workup.
