Pinched nerves: This sounds like a disc problem and you should see a neurologist or orthopedist or physiatrist. All could evaluate you for nerve compression and advise tx.

More eval needed: Pain will decrease your sex drive. It is hard to be sexual if you are in pain. Kidney is only one source of back pain. If that has been ruled out, you need to keep having your doctor evaluate you for the other causes of your back pain.

Back pain: When other things are ruled out, back pain radiating to less is probably sciatic pain from lower spine. Recommend orthopedic consult.
