Go to the ER: You need to be evaluated and treated. Fever usually is due to underlying infenction and usually urinary tract infection is frequent to see in females but still can be due to other diseases. Again go to ER since simple testing can help to elucidate your diagnosis. Lightheaded probably you are dehydrated due to the fever.
