Any treatment?: Has the child seen a physician at that time and are they treating them? They could need an antibiotic. If that has been done, then you should try cleaning out the child's nose at night with saline and a suction bulb. If this continues to persist or the child has difficulties eating or sleeping, seek the evaluation of a physician.
