See the doctor: You need to find the culprit of the headaches. If it is truly tension headaches you need to definitely find a stress outlet. Whether it is alone time, friends, family, reading, tv, exercise, etc...I suggest exercise personally but with all those headaches you need to ssee your doc to make sure it isn't anything else.

Headaches: Headaches are complex and can be mistermed or misdiagnosed. As with most pain conditions, there can be a variety of potential problems that can cause the pain that you are describing. It is difficult to diagnose with the short description given and without a proper physical examination. Pain is often a sign of inflammation. A qualified pain specialist should be able to help.
