Many possibilities: The chances of getting pregnant in any one normal cycle is around 20 -25%. Infertility is described in terms of male and female factors. That may be responsible. Typically, consists of demonstrating predictable ovulation, no infections, a normal internal and external gential organs and no damage to the fallopian tubes.
