I'm trying to get pregnant and i've been trying for a year now and nothing what could i do to help getting pregnant or is there something wrong?

Access to a doc?: 85-90% of totally normal couples conceive with unprotected sex in 1 year, whether they are trying or not, so "infertility" is defined in medicine by failing to conceive in 1 year. By this reasoning you (or your partner) are highly likely to have a problem slowing you down. I don't know how access to fertility care is in Canada but highly recommend seeing a doctor to start problem solving. GL!
