Each of these have to be evaluated to discover the cause of infertility in both you and your male partner. You will not find the cause of your problem on the internet. You need a good fertility specialist to help.

Timing: There are many factors. Fertile interval in each cycle is approximately 6 days and mostly includes 5 days prior to ovulation plus day of ovulation. The highest probability of conception occurs when intercourse takes place 1-2 days prior to ovulation and day of ovulation.
