No cure: There is no cure for pcos. There is a spectrum of pcos symptoms and not all women have the same severity. This makes it difficult to find one treatment for all. Therefore, goal is to manage symptoms. Women with pcos do have more difficulty conceiving and may need to see a specialist.

Unsure: There are treatments for pcos, but no specific "cure". Sometimes the condition resolves on its own - frequently when an overweight woman with pcos loses weight the pcos wil resolve as well.
