Depends: Some women swell during pregnancy and will naturally lose more weight in the first few months of breastfeeding. Most mothers who are breastfeeding lose weight 2-4 months after birth when their milk supply starts to increase you develop a strong routine. I think it's more important to focus on the quality of foods in your diet and to follow up with your physician to make sure you are healthy.
