Not sure: You are early to have issues, fron pregnancy, causing pain in the leg. Posterior leg pain can be sciatica. The femoral nerve runs in the anterior leg and can get impinged with the belly. Lateral leg pain is uncertain but make sure you wear good shoes, unlikely from an eight week pregnancy.
