Shouldn't b many: They r both ssris shouldn't be a big deal--typically zoloft (sertraline) tends 2 be more stimulating & to have more go sx but should be ok after 1-2 weeks.

Depends: Lexapro (escitalopram) and zoloft are both ssris and have the same side effect profiles, though any individual might have some side effects to one that she didn't have to the other. Most discomfort people experience in switching from one ssri to another is due to discontinuation from the first med, if the second one isn't at a sufficient level to avoid those discontinuation effects. Give it 3 weeks.
