See your doctor: Very infrequent menstruation is most often a sign of a hormonal problem. For example, thyroid disorders, polycystic ovarian syndrome, commonly cause this. There are also many other disorders that cause this. You should see your doctor, and he/see will examine you, order blood tests, and determine what is causing this and prescribe appropriate treatment. I hope this helps-- be well!
