Can not tell: Several abnormalities with the CBC as stated can be due to many underlying diagnosisask your doctor what the CBC results are due to.

No!: In situ melanoma does not metastasize, has nothing to do with blood counts. In situ means that the melanoma cells are in the very outer layers and cannot reach the blood stream or lymphatics.Simple removal (excision) is curative. If your hemoglobin is ok, the rbc and MCV are more or less meaningless and WBC of 4.2 is fine. Many people have a mildly high eosinophil count, especially if allergies.
