Many possibilities: There are many types and causes of skin rashes. Several types of inflammatory conditions of the skin, allergic reactions, and sometimes bacterial, viral or fungal infections can cause rashes on the skin. Insect bites can also be the cause of a rash on the skin. Have it evaluated by a professional and get the appropriate treatment.

Many possibilities: It could be many things, including but not limited to athlete's foot, an allergic reaction, poison ivy, or severely dry skin. If needed, a skin scraping or biopsy can be taken to determine the exact cause. A prescription medication may be needed. I would suggest seeing podiatrist for further evaluation.

Have it looked at.: It could be athlete's foot, it could be a dermatitis. Before you start treating it yourself with different topical medications, see a podiatrist.
