Erection : Imdur is not a typical BP medication . If you can clarify with your physician why you need it ( or not) maybe you can get off it and use viagra (sildenafil).

Treat primary cause: Please have yourself evaluated for hypertension. You should not have that at age 31. If you can come off medications that will solve your problems.
