Various: In general if you have any medical condition that keeps you from exercising either cardio or weight training, you will be prone to tendonitis and muscle sprains. What keeps pts from developing these condition is regular exercise at least 20 minutes 3-4 times a week. If you are overweight, have heart failure or have osteoporosis, you may be at increase risk of tendonitis and muscle sprains.
