Choroid Inflammation: The choroid is a deeper layer of the eye close to the retina. Many conditions can cause and be involved with inflammation in this area. Sometimes a chorioretinitis will exist which involves inflammation of both layers. To avoid or minimize vision loss it is important to see your ophthalmologist and/or retina specialist.
